Sr4 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
This document sets out the terms and conditions governing the use of the sr4 platform by all users in Malaysia. Please read it carefully before using any of our services.
Effective date: January 2026. These terms are subject to change from time to time.
Acceptance of Terms & User Eligibility
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the sr4 platform (including the website, mobile app, and all related services), you agree to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use our platform.
To use the sr4 platform, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:
- Be at least 18 years of age, or the minimum legal age required in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
- Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
- Not a resident or citizen of any jurisdiction where online gambling is specifically prohibited.
- Registering in your own name and not on behalf of any third party.
Sr4 reserves the right to request proof of identity and age verification at any time. Failure to provide the required documentation within the specified timeframe may result in a temporary account suspension.

Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Registration & Account Information
When registering, you are required to provide complete, accurate, and up-to-date information including your full name, email address, phone number, and valid payment details. sr4 reserves the right to verify all information provided. Each user is permitted only one active account. Any attempt to create duplicate accounts will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any existing balances.
Password Security Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials — including your username and password — confidential. sr4 will never ask for your password via email or chat. All activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact our support team immediately at [email protected].
Permitted & Prohibited Platform Use
You agree to use the sr4 platform solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes. The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure as well as legal action:
- Using automated software, bots, or any other method to manipulate games or platform systems.
- Sharing your account or login credentials with any other party.
- Using the platform for any activity related to money laundering.
- Exploiting any bugs or technical vulnerabilities on the platform for unfair advantage.
Payment Information & MYR Transaction Policy
All financial transactions on the sr4 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that the payment method used is valid and registered in their own name.
Deposit
Deposits are processed as soon as payment confirmation is received from the financial service provider. sr4 is not responsible for any delays caused by third parties such as banks or e-wallet providers. The minimum deposit is RM10 for most payment methods.
Withdrawal
Withdrawals are processed to the bank account registered under the same name as the sr4 account. Processing times are between 1 and 24 business hours. sr4 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before approving withdrawals that exceed a certain threshold as a standard security measure. Any discrepancy between the platform account details and the bank account may result in the withdrawal being held pending verification.
Bonuses & Promotions
Any bonuses or promotions offered by sr4 are subject to specific additional terms. Wagering requirements, maximum withdrawal limits, and bonus validity periods will be stated separately. Misuse of the bonus system may result in bonus forfeiture and, in serious cases, account closure.

Liability Limits, Account Policy & Intellectual Property
Platform Liability Limits
The sr4 platform and all related services are provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, sr4 is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including technical service disruptions, data loss, or unexpected game outcomes. sr4's total liability to any user shall not exceed the amount deposited by that user in the 30 days prior to the claim.
Account Suspension and Closure Policy
Sr4 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, attempted system manipulation, or any breach of these terms. Where an account is closed due to a violation, any remaining balance may be forfeited. Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting the support team via email.
Intellectual Property
All content on the sr4 platform — including logos, graphics, interface designs, text, software, and brand names — is the property of sr4 or its respective licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any of this content without the express written permission of sr4.
Third-Party Links & Services
The sr4 platform may contain links or integrations with third-party services, such as game software providers and payment processors. sr4 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third parties. Use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their respective terms.
Changes to Terms & Governing Law
Sr4 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the platform. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after any changes are published will be considered acceptance of the revised terms.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which the platform operates. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms will be resolved through the platform's designated resolution process, and where an internal resolution cannot be reached, through the appropriate legal procedures.
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permissible, and the remaining terms shall continue in full force and effect.
